Strategically located within walking distance of three existing FST warehouse facilities, the new site is designed to enhance efficiency through shared labor and streamline operations across multiple warehouses. This proximity allows FST to scale quickly, optimize resources, and deliver faster, more flexible solutions for its customers.
The facility features 270,000 square feet of ambient and temperature-controlled space, 27,000 pallet positions, and 28 dock doors, providing the capacity and flexibility to support a wide range of supply chain needs.
The facility also maintains AIB International “Superior” ratings, reinforcing FST’s commitment to safety, quality, and best-in-class warehouse operations.
